NGAUS 2010 Hotel Visit

The 132^st NGAUS Annual Conference hotel visit is scheduled for 1230-1700 hours on Thursday, 28 January.  States are required to pay for room deposits by check not later than 1030 hours on Friday, 29 January.  Hotel room deposit amounts are $100 per sleeping room and $200 per suite.  Checks should be made payable to Military Forces Conference Foundation, Inc.  Credit card payment will not be accepted for room deposit payment.  Failure to pay room deposits will jeopardize lottery standing and may result in a lack of rooms for your state. Please note that only two persons from a state are allowed on the hotel site visit.  Every effort will be made by NGAUS and the 2010 NGAUS Conference Committee to complete all hotel assignments prior to the adjournment of the NGEDA meeting on Saturday, 30 January.  The hotel lottery for the 133^nd NGAUS Annual Conference in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 2011 will be conducted on Saturday, 30 January.
