Annual NGEDA Membership
Corporate memberships with NGEDA and annual conference attendance are incredible ways to network with the 54 state and territory executive directors and association presidents. This event will give you insight into the commonalities between state associations as well as their differences which will assist you in growing your presence within those states where you currently do business or are looking to expand. It also provides you the opportunity to instruct and give feedback, in coordination with the Corporate Advisory Panel (CAP), to assist state associations in improving their processes and mechanisms as the premier focal point between industry and Guard leadership.
2027 NGEDA Annual Meeting
Our annual NGEDA will be held 3-7 January 2027 at – Hyatt Regency, Salt Lake City, UT
Why would your corporation want to attend the NGEDA Meeting? This is the premier networking event in which we have quality time to build relationships with our state associations and for state associations to learn from you on how to best provide support.
NGEDA membership is required to attend the conference and we have exhibit space, advertisement space, and sponsorship opportunities to maximize your exposure. This year we’ve established partnership levels that include the above benefits at a cost savings to you!

2027 NGEDA EXHIBIT OPPORTUNITY
Inspired by the success of the exhibition at the AGAUS Conference (Adjutants General Association of the US), NGEDA is including an exhibition portion to their conference in 2027 to increase engagement between industry and state representatives attending NGEDA. Exhibit space is $300 per industry member, OR included for all industry members who become Partners with NGEDA.
2027 NGEDA SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITES
Throughout the annual conference, there are additional opportunities for corporations to gain exposure with our state associations’ presidents and executive directors. Sponsorship opportunities are:
Break Quarter-Sponsor $500 (includes logo displayed)
Break Co-Sponsor $1000 (includes 90 sec speaking opportunity)
Industry Hosted Social Sponsor (6 available)—$2000 (includes 3 min speaking opportunity)
2027 NGEDA DIRCTORY ADVERTISEMENT OPPORTUNITES
Each year we publish and distribute a directory, and are inviting you to consider partnering with us by advertising your company or organization in the 2027 NGEDA Membership Directory. The NGEDA Membership Directory contains a listing of each state’s National Guard Association, which includes contact information for each Adjutant General, Executive Director, Association President, annual conference dates, times, and locations, and insurance program information. In addition, the directory contains information for future NGEDA, NGAUS, AGAUS and EANGUS meetings. The directory is pocket-sized (4” x 7”) for quick and easy reference.
The directory will be sent to each state association. Contributors and advertising partners will receive two complimentary copies. Additional copies are available for a small cost ($10), which includes postage.
The completed directory will be available at the conference in January. If you are interested in partnering, there are several options:
$350 – Business Card Advertisement – simply provide your actual, physical, business card
$550 – Full-Page Advertisement – please provide a press-ready file (see Ad Reservation form for details)
$775 – Two-Page Spread Advertisement – please provide a press-ready file (see Ad Reservation form for details)
If you have any questions, please contact Maria Kelly at 614-989-6894.
Because we value your time, we have designed a partner program that allows you to participate in membership, registration, ad space, exhibit space, and sponsorship with a single invoice and payment. We also realize that your business may not want a full Partner package, so the second form allows you to customize your membership add-ons similar to our historical choices.
Corporate Partner Review Form
This form is for corporate partners to provide feedback via NGEDA concerning state corporate partner programs. The submissions will be provided to states to help improve their programs and for the Awards Committee in selecting the SAIPA Award winner (see Awards and Nominations page for Award details).
